MANGO LASSE BIO

Based out of Los Angeles, CA, Mango Lasse is the product of several different bands from the city, all with a love of good rock 'n roll. Five different musicians from five different cities, somehow found their way together to create the unique yet familiar sound of Mango Lasse.

Born in LA, but raised in Chicago, performance and good music was always a part of Rachael's life. At age 18, she found her way back to LA. Longing for more, she met up with Rich Cashman who looked up at her one day and said, "have you ever thought of playing the guitar?" It was a change from her beloved piano, but a leg up into one of her oldest passions, rock and roll. Since then, she has played with several bands, performed throughout the Los Angeles area and Chicago.

Originally from the Bay Area, Kevin Pugh moved to Los Angeles and has performed in various So. Cal venues, such as; The Key Club, The Laugh Factory, The Cat Club, 14 Below, McCabe's Guitar Shop, Brennan's, Room 5 and the Koreatown Mayfest. A fan of country, blues, rock, reggae, jazz, classical, and calypso, Kevin plays guitar, bass, piano, accordion, mandolin, lap steel guitar, harmonica and the melodica.

Rich Cashman has been writing, recording, and playing music for 30 years. He's played in every type of band from early L.A. punk to his college string orchestra. He currently has an album "Till the Wheels Fall Off", that he co-wrote with Matt Amsden, being released. He currently plays in a few different bands but has never had more fun playing music or rehearsing as when he plays with "Mango Lasse"!
